Before School Care

$150.00 per month or $20.00 per hour

7:00 a.m. - 8:45 a.m. 

After School Care 

$200.00 per month or $20.00 per hour

From your child's dismissal time - 5:00 p.m.

Before School Care & After School Care monthly flat rate: $300.00

A late pick-up fee of $2.00 per minute will be charged for any child picked up after 5:05 p.m. The Academy reserves the right to discontinue the service to children who are picked up late more than three times. Parents will be notified in writing that the service has been discontinued. A minimum of 12 children is required to continue this service; if this minimum is not met, the Academy reserves the right to cancel this program.

There is no extended care on the following days: The first day of school, Halloween, Children’s Day/Book Fair (April), Staff Holiday Lunch (December), Teacher Appreciation lunch (2nd Friday in May), the last day of the school year, and the days before Thanksgiving, Winter, and Spring Breaks. Refer to the annual calendar in the Parent Handbook for the actual dates.
