AFTERSCHOOL SPANISH ENROLLMENT FORMS

Below you will find the policy agreement and enrollment forms for the Afterschool Spanish program.  If you are interested in enrolling your child, you may print, fill out, sign and return the forms along with the enrollment fee of $110.00 and tuition of $130.00. The enrollment fee is prorated for students enrolling after January.  This program begins in September and ends the 2nd week of June. Enrollment for this program is open throughout the year. Children ages 3 - 5 years old may enroll.
